Full Job Description

Fresno’s largest private music school is looking for a part time office worker, this can lead to full-time position to work at our Fresno offices. 20-30 hours per week All employees rotate to our Tower District and Cedar Ave. locations occasionally as needed.

If you love people, if you love kids, if you have a passion for doing a good job then this is the job for you.

$18.50 an hour to start with raises based on performance evaluations,

24 hours of PTO (paid time off) annually,

bonuses and profit sharing program.

Paid vacation at 1 year.

Room for advancement.

Must have reliable transportation to travel between our Tower District and Cedar Ave. offices as needed.

Must be willing to work as needed at both locations, some nights and weekends required.

No music or music education experience is required.

Schedule to be determined

Our hours of operation are:

Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturdays 9:00 am - 3:00 PM

Great position for someone working their way through school, or who has a lot of flexibility, doesn’t mind night and weekend work and is looking for a great position with room for advancement.

JOB DUTIES:/Administrative Duties:

Scheduling

Running errands

Stocking supplies

Sorting and sending mail Answering and routing phone calls Greeting visitors

-Answering phones (We’re looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we’re looking for you).

-Great memory with ability to remember lots of details.

-An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.

-If you hate sales, please do not apply. Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.

-Registering clients

-Processing paperwork

-Cleaning

-Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.

-Selling minimal retail / supplies at the desk.

-Interacting with customers
