Factory Gym is a premier bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman training facility located in the greater South Austin area. We boast top of the line strength training equipment as well as a fully equipped cardio area and five-star locker rooms. At Factory Gym, our members are our priority! Front Desk Employees are responsible for greeting members and guests, selling memberships and merchandise, stocking the retail area, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the gym and locker rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting everyone who comes into the gym
• Checking in members and guests
• Assuring everyone who enters the gym has a signed liability waiver
• Selling memberships, week passes, and day passes
• Selling merchandise with our Point of Sale System
• Restocking the retail area
• Ensuring all equipment is put away
• Maintaining cleanliness on the gym floor
• Keeping locker rooms stocked with paper products, soap, etc.

Closing Shift Responsibilities:

• Cleaning up front desk area
• Emptying trash cans throughout the gym
• Restocking retail fridge
• Wiping down gym mirrors
• Assistance with zone cleaning of gym equipment
