About The Opportunity

Global Land Supply (GLS) is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, servicing a number of Flight Centre’s worldwide selling businesses including Infinity Group, Liberty Travel, GoGo Worldwide Vacations and Flight Centre Asia.

Assist the Team Leader in leading the team of support professionals by ensuring effective processes are in place and adhered to by providing necessary tools and training. The team’s responsibility is to provide an effective helpdesk by supporting our Travel Industry Selling Partners, Suppliers, and internal businesses by phone, email, queue, and live chat. The position includes a rotating weekend roster and reports to the HELiO Support Area Leader.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Calypso system knowledge
  • Travel industry knowledge
  • Experience with email and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Retail or Wholesale travel experience or alternatively customer service-based experience in another industry
