Seeking kind, compassionate, resilient Direct Service Professional who has preferred experience working with persons with Autism/behaviors and redirecting techniques.

4 male persons served.

Collaborative, team-oriented environment of caregivers passionate about helping with Total Care and Activities of Daily Living. Helping people live their best lives with dignity.

AFTERNOON SHIFT: 3p - 11p ; Weekend day included (both not mandatory but one needed). 40 hours guaranteed.

MORC TRAINING REQUIRED and we pay for that at $13.75 rate. Once completed pay goes to $15.00

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid Michigan Driver’s License needed! As driving an agency vehicle is often required. YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE YOUR OWN CAR!

Job Summary

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for performing or assisting people served in all aspects of personal care, daily living, and housekeeping tasks. This may include: eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, cooking, budgeting, shopping, menu planning, housekeeping, laundry, and other activities of daily living

Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
