We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on our facilities, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical problems and make necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
