This position is responsible for performing administrative responsibilities which may include but may not be limited to collaborating with the HR Engagement Generalist and/or HR Manager in all onboarding tasks. This position will maintain one or a combination of generally accepted human resources systems.
Essential Duties:
Assemble information packets for new hires
Process and assemble all necessary documentation for separations
Maintain knowledge of current state and federal laws
Field call and emails regarding Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking System
Post and assign trainings, forms, documentation via Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding platforms
Monitor completion of assigned forms and trainings
Assist with audits as needed, including researching supporting documentation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual
basis
Coordinate with HR Engagement Generalist and/or HR Manager to ensure contact information is updated within all
systems, which may include background and drug test screening services
Assist with setting up the conference room for meetings
Maintain personal records and file in accordance with retention policy and procedures
Back-up support person for reception associate
