Lantern Hill is a luxurious 20-acre continuing care retirement community located in Union County, New Jersey in the borough of New Providence. SUMMARY: The IT Site Analyst functions as the onsite IT presence at corporate and community locations. This individual works with various staff members and residents to provide end user support and support for company technology goals and objectives.
How you will make an impact:
Function as the liaison between the IT department and the community or corporate locations Provide Tier 2 support for computers, tablets, phones, point of sale, printers, network, and other technology applications and assets Support information security initiatives including education of customers, identification and reporting of compliance concerns, and mitigation and remediation of identified risks Communicate with various staff and business partners on an ongoing basis to address any areas where technology needs are not being met and/or improvement opportunities exist Take a leadership role in Onsite Support projects Partner with and/or assist various project teams on business and IT initiatives Manage the IT asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, sanitization and disposal Support resident customers through Erickson Resident Computer Services (ERCS), community computer clubs, and resident computer labs Create, implement and document IT Customer Support procedures Provide support for other Erickson managed properties as needed Establish and/or maintain relationships with service vendors.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience starting at $60000.00 Annually
What you will need:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Three years of relevant work experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred
  • CompTia A+ certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire date)
