Position Overview:

This is an hourly seasonal position in the Landscape Maintenance Department. Crew members work in teams of two and will work along side the owner.

Job Types: Full time; Part time

Compensation: Starting $18 per hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Landscape Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Mowing, trim, and edge turf areas and blow off hard surfaces/structures, landscape maintenance.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn how to operate equipment and tool needed to perform daily tasks.
• Communicate effectively with your manager
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Characteristics Needed to Succeed:

• Have a valid driver's license and have the ability to be added to company's insurance policy
• High School Diploma or equivilant is preferred
• Prior experience helpful but not required
• Demonstrated ability to process and follow instructions with an attention to detail
• Ability to learn how to use tools and equipment meeting operational safety standards
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Regular and prompt attendance required; Ability to work outside regular business hours as needed

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day with the ability to be mobile throughout required work areas. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 6-8 hour days

Work Location: Multiple Locations - (Lewiston ID, Clarkston WA)
