Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, the Manager of TA Operations supports the development of recruiting processes, systems, tools, and employer brand-related projects for all North American entities within the World of Red Bull.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • INTERNAL-FACING OPERATIONS

    Manage out the ongoing delivery of TA operations projects across all North American business entities Manage and scale our TA systems and tools to maximize workflow efficiency, enhance candidate experience to ensure compliance and consistency Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to improve the collection, evaluation, and relevance of quantitative and qualitative recruitment metrics Identify, develop or adapt, and deliver key recruitment training and tools for hiring managers and members of Talent Improve the interview and hiring experience for all involved parties by supporting the creation, adaptation, and implementation of recruitment process enhancements Provide support to TA leaders prioritizing programs, influence the design of centralized projects, and help with the execution of projects Develop and implement TA-related DE&I programs Help plan new programs

  • EXTERNAL-FACING OPERATIONS

    Partner with global counterparts to foster the evolution, improvement, and reach of Red Bull's employer brand (nationally and globally) Improve candidate experience by working with appropriate teams to build branded collateral, communications, and recruitment Take ownership of Red Bull North America's careers page and work with appropriate teams to make adjustments /enhancements

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • 4+ years of professional experience in TA Operations/HR with a focus on project-based work
  • Project management skills with experience driving multiple projects from beginning to end
  • Ensure a premium recruitment experience across the board
  • Comfortable summarizing and analyzing data to build relevant insights
  • Experience with creative problem-solving and navigating ambiguity
  • Proficient in: Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, and other TA-related tools
  • Bachelor's degree
  • English
  • Travel 0-10%
  • Permanent
