Pay rate: $17.44-$24/hour (based on experience)

This position is part-time. A schedule to include days, nights and weekends required.

Our Membership Associates provide a high-value experience for our members, staff, volunteers and guests by building relationships with the goal of member and participant retention; they promote membership through information sharing, motivational techniques, current promotions and special events.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.


Minimum Qualifications-

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a customer service position.
  • Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI, which includes sex offender screening.
  • Required to show proof of COVID vaccination prior to employment, or if applicable, request a medical or religious exemption.


Preferred Qualifications-

  • Language skills in Spanish.
  • Advanced computer skills; experience in membership based software a plus.
  • Strong math skills and experience with cash handling.
