- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate via phone, email and text
- Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;
- Valid driver's license with good driving history
- At least 2 year of Dealership Parts Counter experience preferred
- Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to change
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Automotive knowledge will be a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm
High school or equivalent (Required)
Automotive Parts Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Automotive Dealership Parts: 1 year (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
