Salary: Range $60,000 - $90,000 Annually

Job Description:

Provides overall management direction to project(s), establishes project(s) objectives and policies, maintains liaison with customer, and manages scope, schedule and budget and directs activity of assigned technicians. Projects may include residential and complex commercial and industrial plumbing projects.

• Manages multiple project schedules and crew schedules, arrange appointments, job walks, meetings, etc.
• Coordinate with General Contractors' project team, Subcontractors, and our internal project team to ensure proper manpower allocation, material deliveries, and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Visit various assigned project sites to check in with customers, verify installation progress and that installation is in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Ensure that all the materials, supplies, and tools necessary to complete the work scheduled are available.
• Follow and ensure our employees, subcontractors, etc. follow all safety requirements per OSHA standards and/or project requirements.
• Direct and supervise and develop field technicians in technical endeavors.
• Educate on technical questions and troubleshoot customers’ concerns, ensuring highest levels of satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training new employees.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Journeyman/Master Plumbing License
• A self-motivated individual, able to multi-task without much supervision.
• Possess excellent communications skills (both verbal and written).
• Insurable MVR and Valid Driver’s License.
• Applicant will be subject to a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
