Job description
We’re looking for a Production Associate to join our growing team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Set up, load and operate equipment
- Maintain and clean machines before and after shift
- Ensure raw materials are ready and available
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment and make machine adjustments as required to maintain quality standards and process conditions.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain ISO – 9001 Standards
- Perform all duties in a safe manner; support all safety and environmental rules and environmental initiatives.
- Participate in Lean initiatives to provide ongoing continuous improvement ideas for products, process, and procedures
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- 2 Years’ Experience Operating Industrial Equipment
- Experience operating equipment
- Experience with operating hand held tools
- Self-starter, motivated, team work spirit, organized, pro-active, confident and persistent in meeting goals.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Heavy (Lifting 75 lbs. Frequently & Climbing).
- Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach.
- Visual and aural acuity
- Listening
