Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: PM Shift

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist with or perform repairs and maintenance of equipment and physical structure of Turnberry Ocean Colony in accordance with blueprints, manuals, and building codes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following on a daily basis (where applicable) including, but not limited to:

• electrical and plumbing
• water irrigation systems
• gates/fences
• railing
• tile/ carpet/ flooring
• roofing
• gutters
• fasteners
• interior/exterior lights
• ceiling fans
• shutters
• doors /sliding glass doors
• cabinets
• windows
• boilers
• door locks/ building locks
• security systems
• fire protection equipment
• ceiling leaks
• walls
• Work directly with residents to help resolve problems and answer questions.
• Assist in maintaining supplies and inventories
