• Job Description:

QA / Validation Analyst working on an Enterprise Quality Management System Program.
Primary responsibilities will include gathering user requirements, development of process maps for critical quality processes, develop UAT test scripts, and assist Validation Lead with deliverables.
Experience with SmartVault as a document management system tool is preferred but can consider experience with another Document Management System (i.e. Citrix ShareFile, Dropbox, eFileCabinet, Egnyte, Box, etc.).

• Responsibilities – Requirements Elicitation
• Work with the company's subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather user requirements based on their use of the system.
• Document user requirements specification
• Develop Process maps based on how the users interact with the system
• Bridge the gap between business requirements, vendor specifications and the

validation documents

• Validation:
• Authoring and peer review of key validation documents
• Support Validation Lead with the computer system validation deliverables
• Support reviewing the vendor software upgrade release notes
• Review design inputs and write testing scenarios
• Write test scripts based on SOPs/work instructions
• Conduct full GxP 21 CFR Part 11 computer software validations
• Conduct Part 11 Gap analysis
• Review IQ and OQ scripts from IT Vendors.

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
