Role Summary

The Sales Enablement Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering training to develop sales teams and increase revenue in the cybersecurity space. You will contribute to the design and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions, with a focus on our Channel Partner and Sales teams. We are looking for a candidate that has an engaging facilitation style and a positive attitude with a heavy dose of patience, understanding, and empathy. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects to ensure the Sales Enablement Program is continually moving forward. The successful candidate with have a combination of strong communication and interpersonal skills, subject matter expertise, adaptability and flexibility, organizational skills, and a passion for helping others to succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivery of enablement sessions to our Channel Partners to provide the training and resources they need to effectively promote and sell Cyderes Managed Security Services.
  • Play a key role in the design, creation, and implementation of the Cyderes Sales Enablement program for internal sales teams and external partners.
  • Play a key role in the New Hire Onboarding program and on-going enablement programs for the sales team with a focus on managed security services, sales tools, and processes.
  • Have a working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions like SIEM, Endpoint, Vulnerability Management, Technology Management, Identity, and Professional Services.
  • Ability to collaborate on and create content with marketing, sales operations, product development, and service delivery teams.
  • Be able to use various types of technology to deliver virtual and in-person training programs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership and delivery SMEs to validate enablement program success and identify areas for improvements.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong appetite to always keep learning and comfortable with change within a rapidly evolving industry.
Requirements:

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven sales enablement, sales operations, and/or cybersecurity managed services experience.
  • 3+ years of proven instructional design and course development experience.
  • Experience with content management and LMS systems.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite, Salesforce, and Gong (preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Coaching and training facilitation experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
