Job Description


Lead the acceleration of Guerlain.com efforts. Ideate strong business strategy leaning on Media, CRM strategy & other key digital marketing efforts for Guerlain in the US.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce

  • Lead E-Commerce business for both short-term accelerated growth and long-term customer building
  • Frequent reporting on performance and shift explanation
  • Lead monthly reporting on E-commerce performance to central teams
  • Work with E-Commerce and Supply team on forecasting and planning strategy for optimal inventory management
  • Identify and work with both E-Commerce Coordinator and central teams to optimize UX and e-merch on site
  • Ensure timely and strategic site merchandising updates in partnership with HQ.
  • Grow organic traffic to site by ensuring copy on site is optimized and working closely with SEO agency
  • Lead developer partnership & manage cadenced roll-out calendar, ensuring the execution and roll-out of new features is flawless.
  • Work closely with Communications Manager & PR agency to anticipate sales shifts and brief cross-functional teams accordingly (Stock, Sample opportunities etc.)
  • Liaise & brief Logistics on web issues to ensure seamless post-purchase experience for customer
  • Liaise with customer service team to monitor customer feedback and implement changes/ updates based on this feedback.
  • Manage outreach and relationship with external agencies for web developments or enhancements.
  • Lead weekly conversations between Supply, IT, HQ to help speed up resolution of technical glitches & bugs.
  • Develop and manage annual budget, including the forecasting & allocation of samples, gifting materials, etc.

Performance Marketing/Paid Media

  • Strategize strong year-long media plans to further awareness & conversion-driving brand goals.
  • Manage paid media relationship with paid social, search, and affiliate agencies.
  • Write concise and strategic briefs for paid media efforts and partner closely with internal & external teams to elevate creative output.
  • Leverage insights from past campaign learnings, consumer insights research and industry reports to inform strategic approach.
  • Include recommendations for emerging platforms, new ad formats and disruptive technology to test for major campaigns.
  • Drive forward performance marketing efforts in maximizing ROAS.

CRM

  • Manage development and deployment of all CRM initiatives to drive personalized, engaging customer experiences, that are geared towards improving KPIs and optimizing ROI on all campaigns.
  • Implement retention strategies to retain all new and existing customers across all channels.
  • Issue monthly CRM KPI metric reports: clearly summarize and communicate results and findings in monthly reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • Complete analyses of all campaigns using corporate reporting tools to analyze performance/ROI.
  • Develop and manage annual budget, including the forecasting & allocation of samples to support campaigns.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns to help accelerate CRM efforts.
  • Establish strong Clienteling campaigns to further elevate service and increase customer LTV
  • Lead Virtual Masterclass strategy and execution
  • Lead efforts to revamp and maximize loyalty program for best-in-class roll-out in the US

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce/CRM preferably within prestige fragrance and beauty industry
  • Working knowledge of SFCC Business Manager, Google Analytics, CRM, CyberSource, product feeds amongst performance marketing platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) etc.
  • Strong media experience with proven success in implementing both brand and performance marketing campaigns
  • Sound analytical and communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred but not required
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Salary Range: $112,540 - $142,500
