We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team! The Social Media Manager will coordinate engaging social media campaigns across multiple brands that showcase all our service offerings on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. and develop meaningful partnerships in the community. Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven people are encouraged to apply! You’ll be on the front lines of watching what customers are saying in response to the content and further working closely to always pivot and adapt to feedback coming in to make sure potential and active customers have the best experience possible!

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and execute social strategy for multiple clients at a given time.
  • Experience working with all social media platforms in a professional setting.
  • Extensive experience with writing engaging post copy and being mindful of brand tone of voice.
  • Participation in relevant online communities, online forums, industry groups, etc to insert the brand or client into these relevant conversations.
  • Optimize assets and lead content creation for multiple clients.
  • Ability to develop post-copy quickly and be able to pivot between platforms effectively.
  • Must be able to reply and engage with community members.
  • Must be able to develop social media communities.
  • Assist in developing the end-to-end social media strategy, execution, and growth.
  • Ideate and launch social campaigns for different promotions, topics, seasons or events.
  • Grow social accounts and and bring more people who align with the client/brands mission and values into the the social ecosystem.
  • Assist in growing Influencer Network and manage social collaborations and partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy of all moving parts of this role, making recommendations for continuous improvement (Social, Influencer Collaborations, etc).
  • Develop and oversee public-facing customer engagement.
  • Responsible for testing into new social channels, including creating a strategy for new channels as well as running small scale tests to validate/invalidate ideas.
  • Brainstorming and testing new concepts for branding and awareness campaigns.
  • Build and deliver cross-channel optimization needs.
  • Manage monthly data, insight and optimization reporting for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 year of digital marketing and social media experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across Social Media.
  • Great communication and client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills; for captions, copy, website and email marketing
  • In depth understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaign management and optimization process.
  • Strong copywriting experience
  • Highly organized, mindful of deadlines and able to work under limited supervision.
  • Strong understanding of social/paid search media best practices with an interest to research and gain knowledge of emerging industry changes/trends/polices/technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with project and budget management
  • Strong data analytics and critical skills
  • Intermediate skills in graphic design to cut and resize images, create engaging graphics and gifs as necessary.
  • Intermediate skills in basic video editing also preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
