Job description
Warehouse & Maintenance Associate job duties include:
  • Maintain the warehouses (Pensacola and Destin) and make sure they are in order on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Complete inventories monthly as needed.
  • Receive, process, and issue warehouse stock as needed including operating our forklift.
  • Receive, identify, mark and place materials sent to the warehouse according to established procedures.
  • Pick up, transfer, and deliver items utilizing company vehicles as needed including driving our Box Truck and Sprinter Van.
  • General maintenance of the showrooms and surrounding grounds (no lawn care).
  • May need to help on projects in the field from time to time as a helper.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
  • Hours: up to 40 hrs./week, Occasional Authorized Over Time.
  • Must have excellent driver's record and current, valid driver's license.
  • Perform other duties as assigned such as helper in field where/if needed.
Must Have's:
  • Computer skills including use of a tablet, texting & email.
  • Valid, current driver license and excellent driving record.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Follow directions and love to problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Must be of good character & attitude.
  • Pass local and national background check and drug test.
  • Clean and neat appearance.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and honest.
Hours:
  • 40 Hours Per Week, scheduled between 8 am-6 pm, Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays.

Compensation:
  • $35,360.00 - $41,600.00 annually (starting based on experience)
