Job Summary. This is a part time position that can lead to full time. Starting schedule will be minimum of 20 hours per week.

Scheduling appointments with potential customers.

Track and maintain accounts receivable

Order materials

Place customer orders

Maintain a vendor database

Organize and maintain customer files

Greet customers

Use quickbooks to track expenses and income

Position is with a kitchen cabinet company that also contracts property preservation business for bank owned homes. If you have experience in property preservation, this will be an easy transfer. Working with our crews, subcontracted crews and retail customers are all part of this position. Organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

T I’m Responsible for tracking payroll, updating weekly print ads. Tracking television commercial runs and costs. Receiving and distributing packages and deliveries. Updating clients on work performed through pictures. Tracking incoming payments. Ordering office and building supplies.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be experience and proficient in MS Excel, quickbooks. Experience with ebay and amazon are a plus.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
