POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination of DSP staff and administrative tasks associated with
DDID programs.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School education or equivalent with 3 years' experience in related field. Administrative experience is preferred. Provides own transportation for program coordination needs.
SKILL SETS: Superior oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, be well organized, strategic problem solving, and meet deadlines. Efficient with computer utilization, Microsoft programs, use of company email and online websites, sitting, standing, phone etiquette, and professional communication skills.
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure oversight and meets deadlines of the Adult Foster Care (AFC) program contracts.
- Monitor and track DSP Training dates and deadlines and sending reminders for upcoming trainings.
- Tracks and monitors the DSP staff that are cross-trained and assist with their MITC scheduling.
- Ensures communication with the program supervisors, staff and management to ensure smooth DSP coordination.
- Assist the front DDID desk area with answering the door and phones.
- Assist with administrative tasks for filing/uploading documents, generating reports, and reviewing Credible.
- Assist (as needed) with service documentation being submitted for proper record keeping.
- Attends and take minutes during meetings as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Adheres to Communicare, Inc. policies and procedures.
- Attends mandatory in-services and other training/educational programs as required.
