Established in 2020, Endeavor Logistics Solutions LLC is a Delivery Service Partner with Amazon. We have immediate openings for full-time DOT-certified delivery drivers in Jessup.

Ideal candidates have an excellent work ethic, the capacity to work efficiently and professionally, and most importantly, will provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer. Successful drivers put safety first, are energetic and ready to get the job done! • Company provided box truck
• You will have a helper
• Uniforms provided
• No CDL required
• You will work 4-5 days a week – off on Sundays
• Start time @ 5am
• MUST BE DOT-Certified

Qualifications:

• Organizational and time management skills are a must.
• Ability to communicate any issues to management promptly.
• Able to deliver packages up to 300 lbs. - cart provided & helper to assist
• Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and DOT-Certification
• Commercial or work-related driving experience is a plus.
• Must have a clean background, clean driving record and be able to pass a FIVE-panel drug test

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety rules and work policies.
• Ability to use GPS technology to deliver customer packages.
• Use company provided handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, operate delivery vehicle safely.
• Ability to troubleshoot by using all available resources.
• Ability to remain focused while driving in varying traffic and weather conditions.
• Ability to enter and exit the delivery van multiple times a day *this is a physically demanding job*

• Starting rate: $20.00 / hour
