Open Availability Required
Schedule : 2:30-10:30, 4:30 - 12:30
This is a 3-6 month TEMPORARY position with the potential of becoming a full time, permanent position.
Salted Restaurant Group specializes in delivering better-for-you versions of your favorite foods using delicious, 100% gluten-free ingredients!
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items consistently and in compliance with recipes, portioning, cooking and waste control guidelines
- Assist in the training and development of staff members
- Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team
Requirements
- A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example.
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sautée, and more.
- Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
