Customer Service Sales Consultant

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Salon Operations:

• Operational awareness of Sunlync.

• Full understanding of all Tan Republic daily operational procedures, including opening/closing, key management, functionality of equipment, familiarity with salon(s)

• Maintain salon and equipment cleanliness. Store must be spotless.

• Reporting maintenance issues, customer issues, Versaspa levels, inventory and discrepancies to Store Leader/Sales Manager.

• Completing any tasks to help performance of the salon.

• Balancing drops/tills for every shift

• Fills out EFT forms completely and accurately.

• Follows all policies that govern Tan Republic

• Hold full responsibility for scheduled shifts. (If unable to work, finds coverage.)

• Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including one weekend shift

Sales:

• Know tour & pricing scripts.

• Excellent understanding of closing sales and overcoming objections.

• Complete and thorough knowledge of all products carried.

• Meets/exceeds minimum EFT requirement.

Customer Service:

• Outstanding customer service.

• Autonomously handle majority of customer issues and concerns, passing along information to management or providing customer service email to customer if needed.

• Report customer feedback positive or negative to Store Leader/ Sales Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $25.00 per hour
